Safety instructions

The motor may only installed by qualified personnel who:

  • have read and understood the mounting instructions of both blind and motor, failing to do so can lead to serious injury.
  • are familiar with the electronic safety aspects
  • recognize and avoid danger which can be produced from the mechanical or electrical components
  • always observe and are familiar with the local safety, labour regulations and laws
  • will uphold all the above, when performing maintenance on a motor or blind
  • the motor may only be used in combination with the appropriate and suitable power source, supplied by your sales office
  • A remote control is considered NOT to be a children's toy
  • HDE DC motors are rated for 10000 cycles, replacement is necessary when cycle limit is reached

ease smart blinds
Utilizing the HmIP control system based on a proprietary 868 Mhz RF signal, the motor is designed to operate tubular motor applications, like Rollerblind and Double rollers.
App operated system
This motor is operated using the HomematicIP home automation App. Limits as well as operation speed can be set using the App, this makes for a fully customizable blind operation experience. Using the App and additional HomematicIP products your blinds can be fully integrated within the HomematicIP home automation system. A remote can be utilized as an accessory
Smooth operation
The motor has a slow start function for a better quality feel of movement. Increased comfort is achieved by running the motor in slow speed mode.
Integrated rechargeable battery
The ease smart blinds motor is battery powered, making it easy to install, operate and maintain. The battery pack is integrated in the product and can be charged using the Ease charger.
